Shipping Policy

At the moment, we only send products within the Netherlands and we do so via PostNL. For order above €50, shipment will be free.

If you only purchase one set of products, then your order will be sent and delivered to your mailbox; otherwise, the regular package cost will be applied. Delivery costs for orders calculated at the checkout are dependent on how big it is, and how much it weighs.

We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible. If you place the order before 15.00 during weekdays (Monday - Friday), we will send the product the same day. f you place the order before 18.00 during the weekend, we will send the product the next day. The delivery can take 1-3 days post-shipment dependent on the service of PostNL. (Please take into consideration that during special occasions, such as holidays, the delivery may take a bit longer.)

After the shipment, you will receive the tracking number via email. You can track your product at https://www.postnl.nl/

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals must be intact; otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below:

Please e-mail us via info@mooisland.com to notify us of your intent to return. Your e-mail should contain your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.

When returning the products, please make sure that:

Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
Please pay the appropriate shipping costs and return the parcel to the address informed in the reply email.

Any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.
